My election for mayor of Pleven municipality is symbolic. It personifies the common will of Pleven citizens for changes.  The way is clear – transparency in management and re-structure of administration intended to increase the efficiency. That is the new model of management. Turning of Pleven into European city with future for young people requires lot of energy and efforts. I am ready to exercise the necessary efforts because that is my dream. I am eager to insist on the dialogue among Pleven municipality and central government to be more active, thus I hope the so long planned projects are implemented.  The satisfaction of the success is mixed up with conscientious responsibility. Responsibility for the present and future of the people,

responsibility for the development and prosperity of the municipality. The time for telling tales is over! There came the time of action.
