HIGH QUALITY OF ATTENDANCE TO CUSTOMERS Print
cao_2.b.jpgThe high quality of administrative services in Pleven municipality is serving as an example for good practice of those activities among the remaining municipalities in Bulgaria.
„Facing the administration” the  glossary for good practices of the municipalities in Bulgaria has been  titled, prepared by the sociological agency  агенция „Gullup international”, that shall be promoted in Pleven on 27 July at  11.00 a.m. in conference hall „Gena Dimitrova”.
On the pages of the glossary Pleven municipality is presented by its positive experience, related to the introduction of the virtual office services, the expanding specter of electronic services as well the significant achievements of the campaign „secret customer” in the Center for administrative servicing of the citizens and departments of „Registrar Office” and „Local dues and fees”.
Pleven municipality is known and for the good practices regarding – Public council for cooperation between local government and NGOs’ in the national collection of „Balkan assist а”. Same practice shall be reflected in forthcoming  analogical edition  of the Foundation for reforms in local governments.
