The discussion forum on „Presentation and discussing of public services, appropriate for performance through public-private partnerships” took part on 12 October in the Military Club– Pleven. The forum was organized by  the Union  „European institute – Strategma”, rendering technical assistance for the project  „Establishment of efficient model to manage the property  and rendering of public services  though applying public-private partnerships in Pleven District”.

The project was implemented by Pleven municipality in partnership with the remaining се ten municipalities of the district.
The participants in the forum were employees from Pleven municipality of the level heads of departments and heads of sectors.
The agenda contained presentation of project, discussion of the essence and manners on public-private partnerships the frame of normative regulations on national and local level, representation of the outputs of conducted surveys, concerning identification of implemented PPP in Pleven region and on national scale, as well results of surveys for the expectations of the consumers and business to public services and application of the PPP approach.
Discussion forum on the same issue with representatives of the business and NGOs’ was held on the following day.
