Every national of Republic of Bulgaria has the right of access to public information as per conditions and order, defined in the Law for access to public information. (Published in State gazette, No. 55/07.07.2000)
All government and local self governing bodies are obligated to present respective information.
This law is not applied for information related to administrative servicing of citizens and legal persons.
Access to public information is presented on the grounds of written application, filed in the secretary's office of Pleven municipality. (2 ?Vazrazhdane? sq.)
Applications for access to public information are considered not later than 14 days after the date of registration.
Decision for access to require information is submitted to applicant against signature or send by registered mail with advice of delivery.
