“Online administrative services” is the new electronic service, implemented just a little  a month ago by Pleven municipality, following the municipal policy for efficient, fast and quality services of citizens and guarantying transparency in the activities of the employees.  
Obtain personal access code to the Centre for administrative services of Pleven municipality, through that service every institution, company or individual may track down thru computer the status of their filed in request/application, the processing time, stage of processing and the responsible employee.

The Mayor of Municipality Pleven Naiden Zelenogorski and his team had a meeting with Naum Kaychev – a General Consul of Bulgaria in Bitolya town, Macedonia. The well - developed partner relations between Pleven and Bitolya and Kavadartsi, in Macedonia, were the accent of the conversations, which were taken. The Mayor Naiden Zelenogorski was thankful for the support, needed for realization of several teamwork projects between Pleven and Bitolya. The collaboration between our Municipalities is a basis between our countries and the successful partner relationship of Bitolya and Kavadartsi with Kaiserslatern and Gimaraesh, established with the help and support of Pleven, are considered as a correct way for their integration with European structures, underlined Naiden Zelenogorski in his speech.

The Mayor of Pleven Municipality, Mr. Hayden Zelenogorski, had a meeting with Mr. Georgi Rusev, an Executive Director of the Investment Company “Investra” – Sofia. During the conversation Mr. Rusev announced the intension of the company to build up a Commercial and Industrial Park in Pleven. For this purpose the investors have already bought land of 25 decares at the way out of the town in direction to village Opanets, near the still under construction “Metro” store. It is foreseen that there will be placed a 17000 m2 all-out construction area. The total amount of the investment capital will be more than 20 million BGN. It is expected that the building of the site will commence in 2009.Beside Pleven, “Investra” will build up seven more parks like this in the country, declared also Mr. Georgi Rusev.

The Mayor of Pleven Municipality, Mr. Nayden Zelenogorski and his team have had a working meeting with Mr. Michail Vladov – General Director of the Moldovan Industrial Complex “Topaz” and Prof. Dr. Emil Minev – Chairman of the Board of Managers of the National Institute on Extrasensory Mediatory and Phenomenology. During the conversations they have stated their interest to invest for construction of a factory in Pleven for manufacturing of installations for getting heat and electric power through sun panels. The eventual investment capital will be 20 million dollars. For realization of this idea there is already signed an agreement between the governments of Bulgaria and Moldova. The intensions are to construct four manufacturing factories in Silistra, Targovishte, Shumen and Pleven.
